Cocktail Party Menu:
Beef & Mushroom Brochette
Premium chunks of beef tenderloin and plump mushrooms marinated
in a succulent red wine sauce make this brochette a perennial
favorite.
Teriyaki Brochette
Tender, chunks of beef tenderloin are skewered together with fresh
mushroom and sweet bell peppers then covered with a tangy teriyaki
sauce.
Beef Sate
Originating in the distant villages of Thailand, sates are now
enjoyed all across America and Europe. Our Beef Sate features juicy
beef tenderloin skewered and then marinated with soy, peanut oil,
garlic, pineapple syrup and pepper sauce that is purely and
delightfully Thai-sweet, exotic and irresistible.
Blackened Chicken Sate
Here is a menu taste in Chicken Sates that takes you into Cajun
country. Our Blackened Chicken Sate features chicken tenders,
skewered and then coated with a blackened seasoning of garlic,
oregano, salt and pepper. It's also colored with paprika and spices
Antipasto Skewers
The word - antipasto, is of Italian origin meaning "before the
food." But as antipasto has become more popular they are now a food
in itself. Ours is the quintessential example. Mild, delicious
Mozzarella cheese is threaded on a skewer along with chunks of
sun-dried tomatoes and a wedge of tender artichoke heart. These
tasty vegetables are complemented with spiced Kalamata olives then
all are coated with olive oil, salt and accented with bits of basil
leaves. What else can be said...buon appetito!
Vegetables Quesadilla
Each individual flour tortilla captures the spicy flavor of
jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, red, yellow and green bell peppers,
onions and poblano peppers. Complement that with the mellow taste of
mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Now accent it all with
cilantro and a touch of garlic. The zesty flavor of the Southwest
comes home!
Assorted Mini Deep Dish Pizzas
It's authentic deep-dish pizza. Each individual deep-dish pizza
starts with a hearty pizza dough crust and then we add a zesty pizza
sauce and one of our four ingredients: spicy Italian sausage, green
pepper and onion, mushroom, or seasoned pepperoni topped off with
mild, delicate mozzarella cheese.
Sausage Calzone
Authentic pizza dough filled with spicy Italian sausage, chopped
tomatoes, fresh bell peppers and a dash of imported olive oil with
just a touch of pizza sauce and a little mozzarella cheese.

Mushroom Vol-Au-Vent
Portobello and domestic mushrooms are blended with creamy Fontina
cheese, then seasoned with onions, fresh thyme and chopped parsley
Hibachi Beef Skewers
Tender steak rolled around red and yellow bell peppers, Monterey
Jack cheese and green onion. Lightly glazed with soy seasonings
Cozy Shrimp
Spring roll wrapped shrimp and julienned vegetables including red,
yellow and green bell peppers and onions. Seasoned with roasted
garlic, sesame oil and Cajun seasonings.
Italian Hummus
White and Garbonzo beans pureed with fresh roasted Garlic and herbs
and spices
Tapenade
Provençal dish consisting of finely chopped black olives, capers,
anchovies, marinated artichoke hearts and olive oil.
Ricotta and Imported Goat cheese
Mixed with lemon peel, herbs and spices
Goat Cheese and Fire Roasted Red Bell Pepper Crostini
